"The price was extremely affordable, but as the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for.” The smoke detector was completely off the wall and on the furniture stand. The tiles in the floor next to the bed were broken. The towels weren’t “dirty,” but “dingy:” they appeared clean but “well used.” I didn’t take any chances on the bed. Instead of taking advantage of the full night I booked, I drove 2 hours home in the middle of the night."

"The front desk staff member who checked us in was a young lady who handled an issue with my reservation with great care and professionalism. The issue was not the hotel’s fault, but she showed genuine concern, remained very pleasant throughout the interaction, and was able to resolve everything quickly. Customer service is very important to me because I believe it reflects the face of a company. She represented the hotel brand extremely well, and her positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name, as I was busy trying to get my four year-old granddaughter in order."

"$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre. There was no insulation to muffle the neighbors’ noise on same floor and above. It was hard to figure out how to use the shower, which was poor quality and seemed that it could break at any time. "

"Super cute and clean bungalows. Not sure if it’s just because it was the off season, but the pool was half drained and was green and not nice appearing. We did check in at 10pm and the code on the door was not the code they had sent me so we had to call to get the code. The bungalows truly do float so expect some motion/noise while sleeping. Otherwise, very nice area. "

"I want to start with saying this place was nice . Our stay was very so peaceful. Those bathtubs however were nasty my kids and I couldn’t shower the whole stay! "
