First room smelled like cats so the moved me to a second room that had a dripping faucet - next to a door in the hall to a staircase that slammed loudly anytime anyone walked through . Room and halls and facilities clean, but shabby. Hole in the carpet. Peeling paint and finishes on furnishings. Lampshades cracked. Waffles and coffee only redeeming elements of breakfast. Not worth the price point.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic amenities. Especially the Governor's Club. Paul, the bartender, went above and beyond to make everyone happy and have a great time. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is the lack of adult only times for the pool facilities.
