"The location is great but finding a park to check in is almost impossible during the day. I went to paid parking just to be able to check-in. Punthitll has paid garage parking which is well worth paying for. There is a trick to finding where to swipe your card to get into the garage. It is on a wall out in the lane. I was scratching my head for a while there. The room is comfortable, and the bed is "fantastic" extreme comfort. I went up to the outside deck where there is a magnificent view of...

"Great property in a lovely location virtually right on the harbour and cafe/shopping precinct. The room was immaculate and spacious, opening onto common lounge and rear balcony, would definitely stay here again! "

"The front door of the property is mere feet from the pier and a beautiful park and located a half block from the cafe district where all kinds of delicious food from around the world was available. This area felt safe and it was just a short walk to the incredible coastline and beaches as well as a beautiful botanical garden. The train station is also only a few blocks away that will take you right into downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!"
