Albergo prenotato direttamente da hotels.com per antefatti già concordemente valutati e archiviati. La camera al secondo piano che ci hanno offerto era deludente mentre quelle al primo sarebbero state migliori. Infissi, arredamento, bagno tutto risalente ad una cinquantina di anni fa. Staff gentile, colazione dignitosa.

Proprietario estremamente cordiale, buon hotel

Per quanto riguarda il titolare, Sig. Carlo, è stato estremamente cordiale. Ha atteso il nostro arrivo oltre il normale orario di check-in. La Struttura: i letti erano comodi e la stanza pulita. La zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, benché praticamente in centro città. Buona la colazione (solo dolce) e cordiale la signora che se ne occupa. Solo due piccole osservazioni di natura tecnica, che comunque non vogliono sminuire la valutazione totale della struttura che rimane positiva: il wi-fi non era funzionante e l'acqua calda impiegava troppo tempo ad arrivare. Grazie di tutto

la prossima volta cambio albergo.

GHo prenostato 5 camere doppie pagate totalmente in anticipo, le ho confermate il giorno prima di partire. All'arrivo, per una camera non si trovava la prenotazione, non esisteva il parcheggio e le camere erano almeno 2 fatiscenti. Nessun confort Ci hanno dato anche delle indicazioni errate per raggiungere il cogresso, decidendo di andare a piedi invece che in macchina, proprio per evitare di non trovare il parcheggio ed abbiamo dovuto fare 5 km a piedi fra andata e ritorno invece dei 700 metri che ci avevano indicato . Vorrei essere per principio rimborsata per le camere col costa maggiore ( LE SUPERIOR ) CHE INVECE ERANO PIU' PICCOLE E FATISCENTI.

Ho pernottato per 5 notti, l'hotel si trova nella zona centrale di Fiuggi, vicino alla stazione e difronte alle terme, posizionato molto bene, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile adatto in particolar modo ad una clientela adulta, altro non posso dirvi perché non ho avuto modo ne di fare colazione e ne di cenare. Per chi non ha molte pretese e da prendere in considerazione.

L'albergo vecchio stile

Un buon albergo in stile famiglire fa anche pensione completa fuori e' un po' vetusto ma ha molte frecce al suo arco: la vicinanza alla stazione e al centro la possibilita di parcheggiare comodamente, camere spaziose e pulite bagno rinovato e ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità'

Perfect location at great value

The hotel is a two star. However it's clean, comfortable and in great location. It's doesn't have a parking (hence a two star) but parking in Fiuggi is never a problem. Management is family style but impeccable. Breakfast is basic and acceptable.

Close to town

A quiet place to go back to sleep. It's a little old and worn but everything was fine. The people were pleasant and friendly. They could improve the breakfast menu, it was pretty sparse. But good value, in fact very cheap by comparison to many. I liked the vibe.

Comfortable budget hotel in a great location.

We enjoyed the one night we stayed at Hotel Eliseo. The location is convenient -- right next to the bus station. Although a budget hotel, the decor us artistic, and the staff was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, convenient, priced right for our means, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Internet access wasn't the best, if you depend on having fast internet, but that didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

OTTIMO, SENZA TROPPE PRETESE

E' una tranquilla pensione in una posizione ottima: praticamente a 2 passi dal corso principale e dalle terme. Non possiede un parcheggio privato e le strette strade circostanti non offrono molto..quindi per posteggiare l'auto bisogna essere molto fortunati, specie in alta stagione. In compenso questa pensione offre una buona cordialità (specie della gentilissima Graziella), una buona cucina ed una pulizia delle camere ottima. Come servizi c'è un ascensore, una rete internet wifi (che però purtroppo non arriva ai piani superiori dove ci sono le camere), niente aria condizionata ed un bagno essenziale (ma d'altronte si tratta sempre di una pensione).

Triste esperienza

Albergo accogliente ma vetusto; sprovvisto di sedie, solo una presa di corrente in bagno e nessuna in camera, rubinetti antidiluviani che gocciolano senza sosta, acqua calda che non arriva nella vasca neanche dopo dieci minuti di scorrimento mentre arriva tiepida nel lavello e bidè, porta in legno dalla chiusura imperfetta. Inoltre al mattino mancava la corrente nella stanza ma non nel corridoio. I clienti dell'albergo adiacente si riunivano nel cortile e i loro discorsi giungevano fino al terzo piano distintamente per un effetto acustico. Il personale é gentile e cortese come anche il titolare, la colazione al mattino abbondante e ricca, l'ascensore é piccolo per due persone con bagagli ma recente ed efficiente. I letti sono confortevoli ma con materassi eccessivamente molli.

Direi soddisfatta

Io e il mio compagno cercavamo una stanza per passsare una notte per poter spezzare il viaggio in macchina andando in Sicilia. Ci riteniamo soddisfatti in base al rapporto qualitá prezzo, la camera era pulitissima, il titolare gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Certo l'arredamento é un pò vecchiotto ma x 42€ a notte non posso pretendere grandi cose. Cmq ci siamo trovati bene e abbiamo prenotato ancora per il viaggio di ritorno.

Buona cortesia

Soggiornato in maniera gradevole , da evidenziare la cortesia del personale. Buono il servizio offerto anche se l" hotel necessiata di un po' di manutenzione ( il bagno presentava perdite acqua ).Da evidenziare che il letto matrimoniale era formato da due letti singoli vicini tra loro.Ottima ed abbondante la colazione.
