"I’m not sure what some of these other critiques of this hotel were about. The room was gorgeous and newly renovated. The room layout was fantastic. Large and well equipped with everything you would need. The view is unbelievable. The location was excellent The staff were very friendly. My only critique would be the breakfast was just average, but it was free with the room so who can complain."

"Unfortunately they had an internet outage the day we arrived and had accidentally given the room away that we booked. They found a solution that worked for us. The meals were excellent at the restaurant. The view was amazing. The rooms were OK. They have a hot tub but it’s very expensive to reserve (1400nok) and they make you reserve for two hours, so we did not see it get any use while we were there. I wish it had been more reasonable, we had a very physical day before our arrival and would have appreciated the ability to soak especially since the bathroom showers are small, and the water temperatures not consistent."

"My family and I loved our stay at Lyngmo Hytter. The cabin we stayed in was cozy, and had a great view of the surrounding lake. The staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out, making the process stress-free. The shared washroom facility was clean and well stocked with supplies. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, with excellent quality local food staples. I would definitely come back and stay for longer to thoroughly explore the surrounding area."
