"Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. "Nice place with terrace overlooking the gardens so very pleasant on a warm sunny evening. Pool very clean and was nice to swim in but I wouldn’t call the overall faculty an ‘oasis’ - it feels a bit more functional than that. Nice and friendly staff at both reception and in the restaurant. Very modern and obviously renovated bathroom which made my room feel very liveable in but thin walls in the bedroom and I could hear coughing from the room next door. Overall the place is tranquil and relaxing but just a bit tired in places."
