Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...
