"The property itself is outdated and needs repair, the room was quaint and cozy, loved the extra touches to the decor. What was really disappointing : All the amenities were closed and to get to the beach you had to take a long walk to the other side of parking garage which was also closed. The front lobby staff were rarely there and a young blond lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Out of the three elevators only 2 worked.could not use indoor pool and exercise room, not a available to...

"Grat location, Ocean view, 10th floor had great views,condo was perfect,beautiful decorated, spacious,complete kitchen,comfortable beds ,great communication with Kimberly the guest connection from Evolve, i will definitely be coming back. Only downside was parking lot had a smell of Urine right in front of the property and it was very dirty ."
