This is my go to place when I need to get away from the everyday BS. Very quiet property and I always feel safe. If you like the night life, nature walks, hiking or a little shopping, it's all just a few minutes away. hiking is close as well

Room was pretty outdated, there were some cords hanging from the phones. Bathroom wasn’t nicest but I also did pay a low price for the night so I wasn’t upset. You get what you pay for. The staff was pretty friendly and there was enough parking. Pretty close to some breweries and food options.

I love this place! Staff very nice, rooms clean and easy access to downtown Flagstaff. Why pay several hundred dollars for 1 night when you can pay less than $100 and spend the money you saved on fun stuff. Do you spend 24/7 in your room? No, hopefully,

Clean simple stay

This place is a pet friendly budget hotel with clean rooms, nice showers, and AC that works well and is within your control. It is between east and west Flagstaff and right off the busy Route 66 but AC blocks out the road noise mostly. Generally well maintained and from what I could tell had law abiding guests.

Cheap and got it done

Super friendly staff and great location. Room was clean and good for a motel. But the bed was like a military barrack bed, and the two pillows provided were toddler bed size and flat. We ran to Walmart and bought some cheap pillows for the stay. Walls are pretty thin too. I could hear the neighbors full conversations.

This is a budget stay, certainly not top shelf. We appreciated the level of cleanliness and condition of property for this price. If your expecting more than an older, conveniently located property that has been updated to some degree. You wont find it here. That said, we would definitely stay here again. Note that there was a deposit collected at check in. It was returned within 2 days of check out.

The motel is located near active train tracks, so you will hear trains throughout the night. The staff does provide earplugs on the nightstand, which was a thoughtful touch and appreciated. The room was reasonably clean, and the beds were comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases appeared freshly laundered and well maintained, which helped make for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well and kept the room cool and comfortable. The room also included a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine, which was convenient. However, I would have preferred a traditional coffee maker, especially for guests who enjoy brewing multiple cups of coffee. That said, the room could benefit from a deeper overall cleaning. After walking around the room in clean socks, the bottoms quickly became brown, suggesting the floors had not been thoroughly mopped recently. While the room was generally presentable, this was noticeable and impacted the overall impression. The towels were functional but felt somewhat thin and worn for the price of the room. An upgrade to the towels would improve the guest experience. This is an older motel, and I understand there are limits to how much can be modernized. Overall, our stay was decent, and the room met our basic needs. The comfortable beds, cold A/C, and included amenities were positives. With more attention to deep cleaning and a few small upgrades, the experience could be significantly improved.

Mini Room

Quaint little room just big enough for two people. All amenities are here..fridge, microwave, coffee pot, mounted large flat screen tv, large closet, plenty of wall plugs. Bathroom is very small (can barely move in it) has shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion all are mounted on walls with pumps and full. Bathroom does need BIGGER THICKER towels , its like trying to dry off with a wash rag as thick as tissue. Above all..nice little room if you just want to sleep and relax from the road.
