L’ensemble reste néanmoins propre et agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement compétent, disponible et attentif, ce qui contribue largement à rendre le séjour plaisant."

Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French. I highly recommend this...

"Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "

"Memorable wonderful stay in a most unique, quiet and safe property in the historic Medina. Perfect for adventurous travelers, not the Marriott crowd. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff made the stay simply wonderful. Highly recommend having dinner at the rooftop restaurant as well, and coordinate airport transfer with the hotel to avoid airport taxis. Enjoy the Medina! "

"Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and I felt welcome. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchenette was an added bonus. I would return if I’m ever back in Tunis. Thanks to all of the staff "

"We stayed at the carthage suite for 3 nights. It was very comfortable. There is a bar/lounge just one floor up but that did not bother me at all. We slept well, the room gets nice and dark for a great rest. The room was in a very clean condition. There is tea, coffee machine, and lots of choices to chose from the mini bar. The tub is very big, with a sink and big mirror. The toilet is separate with it's own sink. There is nice gel hand soaps, body soap and shampoo which were organic and smelled...

"This is a beautiful place to stay, hidden away from the city. It feels like you have been invited to stay in your best friends house, but they provide amazing food. The room i stayed in had a balcony, and I was able to stand outside as the sun set, listening to the call to prayers. There is one thing: you must be able to carry bags up tight stairways. My suitcase was 60 lbs (23 kg) and i needed help. But I can't wait to return!"
