"We had a really nice room with a washer/dryer that was so awesome for this point in our vacation. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks and the apartment was spacious and cool and really nicely furnished and maintained. The staff were helpful and the location was very close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sites."

The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. "Fantastic location, staff so very accommodating and let me have late check out at no extra cost as my colleague had cancelled flights from US and arrived so very late. Rooms quiet and very comfy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for gluten free and lactose free. Lovely and clean, would highly recommend and certainly stay again."

"Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again."

"We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest."
