"Clean room, sufficient breakfast, quiet for sleep, staff was great."

"Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

"This hotel was an unexpected surprise! We arrived about 5:00, just in time for dinner! The assortment of food was amazing! Next morning, breakfast was served , too! The rooms were very nice and comfortable… we will return!"

"The hotel looked like it was brand new. The room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping and front desk staff were outstanding. Great coffee machine with options for cappuccino's, vanilla lattes, regular coffee, Americano's and vanilla cappuccino's. Best hotel coffee ever. Also 24-7 soft ice cream dispenser. Breakfast attendant kept everything stocked."

"We spent $250 on a nights stay. the bathtub was peeling and unable to be used as a bath. they apologized and said they did not have another room to move us to. they offered breakfast which i politely declined as we dont eat breakfast. Nothing else was offered or done. "

"The room was clean, Staff was Excellent. Great place to do Laundry and use the Gym. Breakfast was Excellent and the Staff was wonderful. Love that there were plenty of restaurants, in walking distance. Excellent!!! Walmart, & other stores were also in Walking distance. as well. "

"Staff was exceptional. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was not clean at all. The stove and countertops had dried up food on them and the outside of the refrigerator did as well. There were sometimes clothes behind the dresser in one room and there was a lid and straw behind the TV in the living area. The floors were filthy. My granddaughter took her shoes off and had brand new socks on, the bottom of her socks were black within a few seconds of walking on...

"Overall property was in great location and staff was good-especially wait staff at bar and restaurant. Concierge amenities closed on weekends so please be aware when booking this. The water smelled of sulfur when coming out of faucet."

"The blankets felt more like curtains, heavy, rigid and not soft and pillows were half the size of those literally anyplace else so sleeping became a chore. Furniture was run down with cracks in the mirror and staples popping out of the stand the TV sat on. No amount of tidying up can fix how run down this place is. You get what you pay for. Next time, I'm picking the big Holiday Inn instead."
