Great locale, but the room and the hotel are in various stages of disrepair. Duct tape holding down carpets, HVAC didn't work (staff helped a little), sink leaked, no fridge, noisy halls with poor sound-proofing, and the elevators are controlled by a crazy set of panels that may or may not work.

The location is amazing being so close to downtown - but on the flip side of that you will have the constant background noise of the city traffic.
