"From the outside and some of the clientele staying at the hotel, one would have thought it was going to be a very rough stay. Once inside the hotel was clean and relatively updated. It was very loud due to some of the longer-term guests staying in some of the areas of the hotel and the echo created.
The rooms were clean, updated and quiet. We had a room directly across from the pool which was nice so I could work while my daughter swam with some of her friends staying at the hotel. The beds were small and so was the room but worked out fine for just my daughter and I traveling for the week. Breakfast was mediocre but not terrible. Hotel staff were amazing and super nice and helpful.
Overall the hotel wasn't terrible, but would be 100% better without the long-term guests living there and if there were more or actual safety features on the outer doors coming into the building. Anyone could have walked into the hotel from any of the outer doors without a key card."
"They tried to charge me a pet fee for my medical alert dog which is illegal. When I got to the room, there was no toilet paper. The “white” towels were washed but were so stained up they were disgusting. The towel racks and toilet paper holder were torn off and missing. The tub had mold. Then later that evening out came the Roaches (big and small). Upon checkout I waited for them to inspect the room and she asked where the ice bucket was. There was no ice bucket to begin with. The bedding was washed but stained. The pillows were paper thin. Just not a good experience!"
