"We loved being right in the center of the city. We walked everywhere and we had a 5 year old and a 6 year old with us. The room was large with extra high ceilings and had elements of the ancient palazzo about it. Very good experience."
"I liked the vibe of the hotel. I didn’t like how far it was from the city center. Also we used the pool one time and there were no pool towels even after asking for some and waiting 2 hours."
"I cannot say enough compliments for the staff / especially at the front desk. A major thank you to Gene who helped me when I lost my sunglasses. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice bar area and a good breakfast. A welcome drink was a very nice touch."
"Fantastic spot. Room was great with your own bathroom. Clean, tidy, comfortable, safe! Great pool, handy market and laundry, staff were very helpful. Great having bus 14 right out the front (as long as there isnt a strike!) as it takes you.into the centre. Very happy with my stay!"

"The location was great, easy access to the train station and all the popular spots in Florence. We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious, however the shower was designed poorly so a lot of water leaked every time we bathed. Breakfast buffet was standard. Towels provided were extremely old/thin/raggedy and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Overall probably won’t stay here again but will give stars for the good location and spacious room."
