We had an excellent stay at Florence Art Apartments, definitely the highlight of our accommodations in Europe! We were met for check-in by Sophia, who was warm and kind, and she provided us with some local recommendations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, yet so close to everything we wanted to do Florence! Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The best part was definitely the location—it was excellent and so convenient for exploring Florence. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Especially patient and kind to my daughter and granddaughter at check-in when I was unable to arrive until much later. Communication between us and the hosts were timely and supportive. The staff who changed the towels and bins was also very pleasant and patient. The apartment was even nicer than anticipated and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well and was simple to figure out. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Florence it is so well situated for an easy walk to restaurants; cafes; the river; shopping, and tourist spots being on a street leading from Centro Storico. We would stay again.

The apartment is as great as the photos, very clean, beautiful and the location could not have been better. I can completely recommend the property & Silva was great, excellent communication and nothing was too much bother. We had a fantastic 9 nights stay, with so much to do in this beautiful city.

Out of all of our 6 places we stayed at on our trip, this was our absolute favorite. We stayed in the Rosa room it was spacious and so cute. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

We adored this property. The location could not be beat as it was steps from the Duomo and The Accademia, and a tremendous number of restaurants. But it really was the design and lay out of this property that shone. The home was fully loaded with all necessary amenities (dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc). And the loft lay out allowed us to accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult sleeping arrangements very comfortably. I would give more than 5 stars for this beautiful space.

Our stay at the Rosso Tiziano apartment in Florence was fantastic! The location was perfect—you could walk everywhere. We had the top-floor apartment, where the bedroom had a window strategically positioned to offer a stunning view of the Duomo right from the bed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We loved the unique decor and artistic touches that made the space feel fun and inviting. Sylvia was a wonderful host, responding promptly and even assisting us when we missed a connection during our travels. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Solid flat in a perfect area for seeing the art

This property is exceptionally well-located for museums, good eateries and shopping. We walked everywhere. The kitchen has a mini cooktop, small fridge and small dishwasher for convenience. The bathroom has an uncomfortable toilet but nice bidet. The beds (we had 2 twins pushed together) were supportive and dressed in lovely 100% Italian cotton. The high ceilings mean there's no insulation between floors but the noise wasn't bad. Climate control was excellent in the flat. Sylvia was our liaison and she took care of our requests including arranging a taxi back to the train station on our last day. We would stay here again, just not in July when everyone visits Florence!
