Modern, clean and spacious apartment within less than 10 minute walk to train station. Short walk to main points of interest. Would definitely recommend this apartment as everything was wonderful. Definitely would stay again!

The place looks the same as the photos. Clean and nicely renovated. Spacious and comfortable. The host is responsive and kind. The building has an elevator and it’s traditional style. There is extra charges for check in time after 8pm. It’s next to the train station so expect some noise to trade for the convenience.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed - perfect location - could walk everywhere we wanted and only 3 minutes to the tram stop for the airport. Loved the gnome - a quirky but fun touch! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in Florence. The apartment was clean, bright and modern and is exactly as it appears in the photos. We had lots room for our family with two teen boys. The apartment has all of the necessary amenities. It is central to the train station, shopping and restaurants. Communication was excellent from booking to check out. Lapo was a great host.

The management company was very responsive, and communication with them was smooth and easy. The home looked exactly as shown on the Expedia website, and the updated appliances were a nice bonus. Overall, the home was clean and well maintained.

Great apartment at an affordable price with a great location. Mirko was a great host and easy to communicate with him whenever I had a question. In this trip I stayed at 4 different B&Bs or hotels and this by this was the best.

This place was a nightmare to stay at. The power constantly goes out all the time, even when there is nothing plugged into any of the outlets and the washing machine is the only thing being used. And this happens whenever any appliance is used, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. And there is no help of any sort with this problem from the owners, they refuse to have the electricity fixed.It is also horrible sleeping at night because the street is constantly noisy with cars, motorcycles, trucks at all times of the night, and you’re sweating terribly because if you want to sleep with the air conditioning on you risk the power to the whole apartment going out. There aren’t any extra pillows and no blankets at all. Floor was dirty and water leaks from the shower door onto the floor. I definitely do not recommend.
