"This is a great place to stay if you want to truly be in the heart of Tel Aviv & the iconic Shenkin street. The listing was not clear about the fact that the hotel does not have a staffed lobby & no contact instructions were provided in Expedia. This made the check-in a stressful experience but once the manager was found all was good."
