Booked a mountain view room but was given a second-floor room facing a shopping strip just 5 feet away, with a side window that couldn’t be covered—resulting in zero privacy. The room also lacked basic amenities on the first night. Staff were not well-trained. Very bad experience.

I got bad food poisoning on the last night I stayed here (I only ate there and no where else). I was sick that night at 1am, at the airport the next day, on the airplane and for 5 days after that. I'd Thai green curry on the last night and it was lukewarm and didn't taste right, I'm sure this is ...
