"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, walking distance to most of good attractions in Cluj. Breakfast was decent, but seen much better!
The staff are super nice, all of them speaks and treat with respect.
The facility is clearly old, slow elevators, etc.
The other issue is that during the booking their preferred currency is Euro, at the check-in time they will charge you with RON with a very bad FX rate.
If I visit Cluj again 100% I'll stay there, but I'll take the stay cost in cash and avoid the bad FX transaction!"
