I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel.

Relação preço e o que é oferecido é compatível, hotel não tem luxo, possui vários lances de escadas para poder chegar nos apto, café mediano, roupas de cama regulares mas limpas(que estavam na cama), quarto limpo e tamanho bom na modalidade que eu escolhi. Em relação aos edredons que estavam no guarda roupa eu tiraria pois não me pareciam limpos, também não estavam dobrado e organizados, somente jogados.

A estadia de forma geral foi ok. Porém com alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados. Por exemplo, o chuveiro fica pingando direto, o hotel não tem elevador e fiquei no 3º andar. Ao chegar para fazer o check in, eles dão a toalha e umas amenidades na própria recepção, aí vc tem q subir sozinho as escadas com suas malas e ainda segurando toalha e amenidades (lógico q tive que descer novamente para pegar, pq não teria como).
