Hotel está em reforma.Reservamos quarto quádruplo.Chegando no quarto não tinha ar condicionado quente e estava bem gelado,pois estava frio no dia.Reclamamos e mudaram p 1 andar.O quarto era pequeno em comparação ao outro, e não era quádruplo pelo qual pagamos.O pior era o banheiro,o vaso sanitário qdo sentados tinha que ficar com a porta do box aberta, pois não cabiam as pernas.Na noite, nós estávamos saindo p um evento e esquecemos a chave dentro do quarto e pedi na recepção mais uma chave extra, o gerente Jonas disse que não daria, pois o Hotel não permite dar uma segunda chave falei que a chave havia ficado dentro do quarto,disse que não daria outra chave e qdo voltássemos alguém abriria a porta…Qdo chegamos estava outro porteiro e pedimos outra chave e nos deram. chegando no quarto percebemos que alguém havia subido a mando do gerente ou ele próprio (não sabemos), pra retirar a chave que não estava mais onde tínhamos deixado la dentro do quarto ou seja eles entraram no quarto sem a nossa presença e sem a nossa autorização, uma situação muito chata, desagradável na nossa opinião, nós nunca tínhamos passado por uma situação semelhante!No dia seguinte,fui na recepção relatei tudo que tinha acontecido, mas fizeram cara de paisagem como se fosse tudo normal e não tinha nada mais a fazer, pedi um late check out, pois nosso voo seria às 18hs,pedi se poderíamos ficar até as 14h,mas deixaram até as 12:30h.Falei que era cliente Hotéis.com,mas não adiantou! Não recomendo esse hotel

Quarto aconchegante e a cama é bem confortável. Limpeza excelente, cobertores e toalhas bem limpos. O chuveiro é muito bom (você mesmo regula a pressão e temperatura da água. – a torneira a mesma coisa) minha única queixa é a respeito da recaída de água dentro do box, conforme tomamos banho a água não desce para o ralo e fica empoçando dentro do box. Precisamos usar rodo, infelizmente não puderam nos trocar de quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom e as meninas do setor são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Um pouco dificultoso para pedir uber pois o hotel fica bem na esquina entre uma rua e outra. Mas nada de mais. Muito perto do centro

O hotel passou por uma reforma, está excelente, conforto e higiene, o café maravilhoso sem contar o atendimento das meninas. Outra vantagem é a localização que fica próximo a tudo e dá pra passear e fazer compras a pé.

Ótima estadia! Hotel recém reformado com quartos grandes e camas espaçosas. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel não possui estacionamento, mas há um parceiro há poucos metros com um preço razoável para o pernoite, o que é ótimo pela localização central.

Hotel super estruturado

Hotel com ótima estrutura, perto de tudo . Quarto e roupa de cama super cheirosos. Funcionarios muitos prestativos e cordiais. Café da manhã com uma vasta variedades de coisas gostosas. E no hall do salao tem uma parte que trabalhei remoto o dia todo depois do check out ( meu voo era a noite ), tive tive condicoes de carretar tres aparelhos porque tem uma torre para carregamento de eletrônicos. Voltarei com certeza !
