Experiência horrível com esta plataforma. Ao chegar no hotel a reserva não foi encontrada e o hotel informou não ter nenhum vínculo com hotéis.com. Tive que pagar por um outro quarto. E estou tentando falar com alguém da plataforma para solicitar meu reembolso. E não se consegue falar com um atendente. Vou juntar meus comprovantes de pagamentos e e-mail de reserva. Mover uma ação indenizatoria, cobrando todos os custos que tive com a viagem mais indenização. Hotel horrível com, pra ser ter ima ideia tinha bicho varejeiro na piscina aquecida, quarto cheio de areia, o café que ers pra ter na reserva não tinha. Sem Wi-Fi. Os corredores do hotel fedem a urina.

Razoável. Bom atendimento dos funcionários. Móveis muito antigos. Ñ pudemos usar a piscina pq os condôminos ja tinham reservado todos os horários. Bagunça dos condôminos às 02:00 da manhã. Ñ voltarei mais.

El hotel es muy lindo, cerca de la playa y cumple con lo solicitado. Solo me parecio una estafa al retirarnos por haber roto 1 vaso nos cobraron 35 reales, o sea 500 pesos argentinos, con ese dinero compran un pack de 12 vasos, quisimos comprar un vaso que salia 5 reales para reponerlo y no quisieron devolvernos el dinero. Me parece que se aprovecharon bastante en ese sentido!
