Check in was at 3 PM and we were told we had to wait another half hour for our room before it was ready (cleaned etc)! Room was NOT clean, it was filthy; floors were so dirty our feet were black after showering, the bathroom had 2” long hairs on the floor, the tub had streaks of dirty dried water ...
