"Great Stay Everytime! We stay at the Kingsail about 3 times per year. The rooms are Always clean, Staff is Excellent, Great views of Lagoon, Kyacks, Pool, is impeccable, and more! Reasonable rates, Great location. We caught our biggest fish right off the dock! Big shout out to Derek, and staff for a great time! Thanks again!"

"This is not your five-star resort. It is clean, cute, and more than fine for a stay. We chose this property due to the location. We weren't in Key West for the typical Key West stuff. I wanted to be close to the port for the Dry Tortugas ferry. The resort is a bit outdated, but well maintained. The rooms are layers of paint and bathrooms are older colors, so it doesn't look great, but it is very clean. The bathroom was very small but served its purpose just fine. "The office closes at 9 PM and they have an emergency number to call, not your traditional hotel. The rooms are very small but cozy. Take a look at the rooms, it may or may not suit your needs. Property has access to a boat ramp and that's really good if you own a boat. Property has no pool, there is, however; access to a small beach which is great. I feel the price is a bit higher for what the property has to offer."
