"From check in to a changed flight that required an earlier checkout than planned for, Cheeca did not disappoint. The lodge room with the balcony tub was great. Very clean and a beautiful space to relax. Pool was great. Drink service was a bit spotty at the pool though and we were totally ignored at the bar on the first day. Other than that, we were really happy and would recommend it to anyone!"
Reefhouse Resort & Marina

"We completed a keys-hopping trip this past week for our 40th wedding anniversary staying in 4 different resorts/hotels. Reefhouse was by far our favorite. The rooms were well laid out and spacious. The entire staff, from the front desk to the maintenance staff to management, they all went above an beyond. The watersports crew (I believe as separate entity) were so attentive and accommodating. The restaurants were out of this world and the bartenders were great. We had an issue that we addressed with the front desk. They did their best to accommodate, but some of it was out of their hands. It was escalated to management and they were right on top of it. We really appreciated and noticed this great customer service—it takes so little effort, yet it's getting harder to find these days. High marks for cleanliness, location, staff and grounds. This is also in the heart of Key Largo making it a great central point for restaurants, boating, fishing, magnificent sunsets and just a great place to sit by the water and do absolutely NOTHING!! We give it 5 stars all the way."

"This our family perfect place for the weekend ! We feel like at home ! Terry is our best friend already , we know all of the stuff and respect and love them all ! Last week the did a surprise for my baby and prepared for her bday decorations in our townhouse , balloons and cake and candles ! It was all so sweet and kind and thoughtful ! Best place with kids and family !"
