"Has 2 elevators and one was out of service for most of my stay. I was on the tenth floor and made it hard to run down to get a drink or snack not knowing how long it would take to get back to the room. No adjustments made to the bill or any voucher given out. Also had to search for a housekeeping cart to get some towels bc front desk not answering phone. "

"Wanna start with the breakfast was amazing! Hotel is in a great area. However during my 7 days the elevator on my side of the building was out for almost half of it . The setup of the building makes you walk a lot . Many of the doors are always locked and the scan codes don’t work . Many visitors stuck at doors and letting each other in .
