Average and be aware of some aggressive staff

Beach is great and food is good all over the area. However the apartment needs significant refurbishment and we had people fixing a/c twice. Mattress and beds are to be replaced and humidity are an issue. We had to change apartment after one week as the one we were given was really busy and noisy by night as it was in front of the restaurant. Still the owner understood the case and provided a 10% discount at the end of the stay. One member of the staff threw us homophobic insults right at the end of the stay and we had to denounce the fact to authorities. The owners apologized sincerely but the guy is still there and does not look like anything will change. Not the holidays we were expecting.

Struttura di bell’aspetto, ma andrebbe tenuta meglio. L’appartamento era spazioso, ma mancava la zanzariera all’entrata; chiavaccio alla porta principale rotto; rubinetto dell’acquaio in cucina era bucato; le doghe del letto matrimoniale montate alla rovescia, le ho dovute reinserire 2 volte; il Wi-Fi non funzionava; la piscina era chiusa a causa della manutenzione e forse anche per causa del Covid; il posto non è male, soltanto che per andare al mare bisognava prendere la macchina perché con 4 figlioli era impensabile di attraversare l’Aurelia. Basterebbe che facessero fare un attraversamento pedonale, magari con semaforo. C’è anche un piccolo parco giochi che ho scoperto il terzo giorno e dove ho fatto giocare i miei figli. Il quarto giorno però è stato chiuso, penso per via dell’emergenza Covid, nessuno ci ha detto il motivo, ma eravamo gli unici con bimbi piccoli, potevano lasciarlo aperto.Nel complesso il residence è carino, ma andrebbe curato meglio. Voto sufficiente.
