"Fine for a night. Room was sizable and the bed comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Property tired and needs updating. Wide selection at breakfast, however the cooked food was inedible, and the area was small for the size of hotel. Very noisy outside the hotel at night. Location is 6 mins from central station."

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

"The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired."

"Yellowsquare as a franchise delivers clean efficient and fun hostels. Whilst Milan isn't as exceptional as Florence, the commitment to quality is the same. It's very well located, easily accessible. We stayed mon-weds so, the hostel activities weren't amazing, but that's to be expected. Soundproofing for private rooms could be improved... Echoey coridoors and stair wells mean you should bring earplugs. The price isn't a bargain, it's a slightly expensive hostel (for private rooms). We could have stayed in a cheap hotel for the same price, however, yellowsquare offers guaranteed quality and a fun vibe which we prefer. Would always recommend. "

"This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)"
