"I booked through Hotels.com and was not provided with the relevant access code to retrieve my booking and gain entry to the hotel (only the Hotels.com reference, which was not the one needed for the booking). I contacted Hotels.com via the AI chat and was then given the code. This could really do with being remedied. However, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower."

"Comfortable, clean hotel with great staff except the parking attendant who, on our arrival as I was unloading our cases from the car, told me I could not park in front of the hotel and must move it to the car park several metres away, which I intended to do once checked in (code is required fro reception top enter it). His aggressive nature was a poor welcome to the hotel but fortunately was in direct contrast to the very helpful and welcoming reception staff."

"Stayed here for one night as we got in on a late flight. Easier than making our way into Paris after a long day. Basic room and still about 15 min away (via taxi) to train station. Overall okay, but shower and bathroom could have been cleaner as there was dirt (or what could have been mold) in the seams of the shower stall. Not impressed."

"Parking wasn’t available close by. The city closed a parking area. It’s more like a B and B. So knock on the door when you arrive. The owner was very nice and let me check in earlier than my 7:00 PM arrival. Has a beautiful stand alone bathtub and very large shower. It was very quiet and the building is quite nice like your stepping back in time a hundred years. I would stay there again."
