"It was a perfect stay at this hotel owned and run by Girolamo and his wife. The rooms are clean and beautiful and they even have drinks and snacks for all of us. We got stuck one evening at Carini station because there was no taxi available and Girolamo kindly picked us up without hesitation. "La struttura, un antico baglio siciliano, gradevolmente ristrutturata si trova, fuori da centro abitato, immersa nella campagna. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era comodissima, ma pulita ed ordinata. L'eliminazione di un letto avrebbe consentito lo spazio per due sedie ed un piano di appoggio per potere lavorare col Pc. Il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente, Colazione (dolce e salata) ricca ed eccellente con prodotti genuini. Punto di forza è il ristorante (da provare assolutamente)....
