"Upon arrival thr male staff was too lazy to get up and greet me at the counter. He yelled from behind a wall asking on repeat if i was thete to check in. First impression was he was being lazy and didn't want to get up and actually do his job."

"Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. "

"I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

"The carpet was stained and dirty, food on floor, thermostat fell off the wall, no heat, toilet paper on roll was less than half, and stains on bedspread. Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a full refund and showed them pictures. We left and went somewhere else"

"The TV was broken. I could only get four channels…… there was plaster chips all over the floor by the toilet. The toilet seat was not clean and bubbled up. Thin walls, I heard were door slamming all night long. And people up and down the hallway. But I had car problems and had to spend the night somewhere."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"The room was very clean and quiet for our 1-night stay. Breakfast was as expected. GPS was a little confused about getting us into the parking lot, but that's not the fault of the hotel."

"Holiday Inn in Homestead was not very clean. Pink mold and toe nail clippings were in the bathroom. We were 4 people and were only given 2 bath towels both days. We had to go to the front desk for the other 2. I saw the room fee we were charged was much more than the fees that were posted on Expedia for the same weekend. This place was definitely not worth what we paid."
