"The room didn't have towels, it looked as if someone was cleaning, then had to leave from cleaning. The entrance hallway door #2 water was leaking from the ceiling. My 2 day stay I had to go buy my own towels. The price was to high for what I got. Over $400.00 😔 "

"Sheets were dirty and stained and had hair all over them. The bathroom had a bug come out of the vanity and then I shook the towels and a bug fell out. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. It was gross. One person working on a Saturday night. "

"The employees are great! Breakfast had a lot of options. Bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, bagels, yogurt. They even have little bags you can grab some stuff to go if you don't want to eat there. The rooms are really clean and so nice. The beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. "

"The staff kept following my son (we were there for a basketball tournament) because they thought he should not be eating breakfast or at the facility. Our room key was cancelled twice during the 2 incidents that my son told them which room we were staying at the facility as proof of why he was at the hotel. I had to go the front desk twice for them reactivate our room keys."
