"ac had to be turned back on every few hours. fridge broke three times and maintenance needed to bring new ones. pool and hot tub was closed even tho i specifically bought this booking because expedia said it was available. fire pit was nice and they had a great fourth of july celebration"

"The hotel was beautiful very tranquil. Lots to see and do. The staff were friendly and attentive to the guests. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The staff there were also friendly. It was so peaceful in the mountains and the hotel grounds were beautiful."

"Property was nice, well maintained. Staff was helpful & friendly. Would definitely think twice before returning due to the fact that our suite was very outdated… the windows were dirty with imprints on them, something that could have been easily cleaned… bottom of mini-fridge was not wiped down from ..."
