"The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"This is a very nice hotel. The staff were courteous and professional. We had a mobility assist room. The bathroom needs a ventilation function. Also, the tile floors are slippery."

"There was a pet across the hall, had a sign on the door. Never heard any sounds. The hotel is beautiful. Welcoming, great amenities. The room was very nice but it's starting to look really dated. A lot dings, the electrical outlets were all loose from the wall, that was a huge concern. Several did not work. I had to physically move the microwave to a different location because the kitchen plugs were not working due to being so loose from the wall. Cleanliness, it wasn't perfect. I pulled an...

"Very nice place! Friendly staff & clean rooms. My only complaint is that there were no hooks to hang any towels or clothing. "

"35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. "
