"The hotel is right next to a lovely shopping center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel looks brand new; the rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is also very friendly—I would definitely return to this hotel."

"No issues. Clean room, quiet, comfortable and everything worked. Sink is slightly clogged and the hand soap and body wash containers were empty but I'd been told that room had not yet been inspected. I had my own amenities so no problem. "

"This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!"

"Housekeeping was hit or miss, one day they changed out towels, did not make the bed. Another day they did both. Unsure. Room was sandy so no sweeping done. Both the heater and the fireplace were incredibly loud, the heater making ticking noises that kept waking me up. Overall, the stay was fine. Would maybe stay here again but wouldn't pay to upgrade to fireplace room. Pool and hot tub seemed clean. Gym did not have sanitizing spray from what I saw. "

"It was wonderful that the hotel was pet friendly & didnt have a dog weight limit but 98% of the dogs at the hotel were not on leashes. Regarding the room, when I went to clean the water off the floor, my cloth came up [not a little but] absolutely covered in dirt. I also went to use the room phone to call the front desk but had an issue - the connector that holds the cable in the telephone port was in but the cable wire had been cut & ripped out of the wall. I made the front desk aware on Friday night, was told it would be fixed Sat but when we left Sun morning, the phone was still in disrepair. Finally, we knew we were near Bradley Airport but found out we were in the direct path for all planes landing. On a totally different note, the housekeeping & front desk staff were very nice!"
