"We stayed for 2 nights and the reception staff were ecellent, friendly and a real credit to the hotel. The room was clean with comfortable beds and convenient parking even when busy A couple of areas for review though as constructive feedback: - the door to the bathroom had a dent in it, like someone had kicked it - the large shower head really could do with a deep clean as the nozzles are back - the sink had a plug on a chain, but there was novent to prevent accidentaly drops in the sink, if you dropped anything, it was lost and joined the lump of soap down there out of reach - the rooms have incredally thin walls, so you can hear whats going on either side, in the hallway, upstairs when they were tap dancing late into the night - it's a shame that smokers are encouraged to gather at the rear door, because they were noisy as it's right outside the room The plus side the flooring was clean and was nice in the bathroom and the beds were really nice Next time the rooms are renovated, please consider additional insulation between the rooms and in the ceiling"

"This is a truly beautiful property set in a superb location. Think peace and tranquility. It’s a simple hotel with a small number of rooms so you really do feel like everyone gets a personal service. What it lacks in facilities that a larger hotel might have, it oozes in character and was a simple room for the night when I went onto the app, but unknowingly found a gem! Would stay again in a heartbeat"

"I booked four chalets for a group of us who were climbing Ben Nevis. It was a great location, useful to have the Spar so close by and the Old Station Restaurant. The chalets were lovely with comfortable beds and bedding, good towels and very useful to have a small fridge. Lots of parking and a good breakfast. The WiFi didn't work very well but 4G worked fine."

"Overall, the property itself is lovely and offers good amenities, but several aspects of our stay fell short, especially considering the price point. Cleanliness was a noticeable issue upon arrival: the floors had clearly not been properly hoovered or mopped and were quite dusty, and we found dirty dishes put away in the cupboards. The sleeping arrangements were also disappointing. The sofa bed in our flat was broken and unusable. Furthermore, it wasn't made clear beforehand that guests must request to use the sofa bed in advance, so no bedding was provided for it. A word of advice to future guests: bring extra towels and bedding just in case, as any additional linens come with an extra charge. Customer service felt rather hands-off. Staff simply pointed us toward the information binder in the flat rather than offering direct, helpful assistance for some of the key details, such as where to drop of garbage on the day of departure. Given the rates charged, the overall value for money wasn't quite there. With better attention to housekeeping, functional furniture, and more proactive guest communication, it could be a great stay, but it certainly could do with improvement."
