"Not a great experience. Staff was not very friendly. We checked in late and the lady at the front desk didn't even greet us or made eye contact once. She seemed bothered by our presence. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean. I saw hair on the floor and the hairdryer was missing. The TV didn't work and the breakfast they advertised was limited to cereal, store bought muffins and some hard boiled eggs. For $100 a night, I was expecting a little more. I would...

"Comfy, quiet, near Ft Benning"

"Pool was closed. Off seasons. No jacuzzi. Room was clean and staff was helpful. They say its a bad area but we didn't have any problems. "

"The microwave hadn’t been cleaned, the floors were sticky, walls were dirty and I was praying the sheets were cleaned because they were so wrinkled and I wasn’t confident after seeing the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, we had one roll of toilet paper for the four of us for 3 days . I had to ask for towels, they never came in and cleaned. Just a nast run down place. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer for sure!!! Very disappointed. "

"Horrendous place! Not save at all!! Very unprofessional staff. Rooms smell bad, dirty and Roaches and bugs everywhere!!! No housekeeping services so rooms were filthy dirty! Would not even bother to throw out the trash! No soap nor shampoo! Please do NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!"

"If I could give this a no start I would. The first room they gave wasn't even cleaned fully, but the second room was worse. One of the beds were broken, there was no hot water! And there was and awful smell. The rooms are old and need more then a half assed paint job. Front desk did nothing after switching us the first time. Thankfully my son got us a different hotel the next day. Was not offered a refund or apology."

"Stay away from this place. Do not place your family or yourself in danger. I ended up having to get treated by paramedics and police for an injury I sustained in this place. There was a broken glass pipe under the mattress that cut me."

"The lady day shift manager was awesome. Help me out of a pickle that i created. Visiting my son at Fort Benning and forgot to take a item out of the car. Allowed me to check in a little early."

"The television in my room didn't work. I mentioned this to staff but it was not corrected. There was constant traffic and noise through the middle of the night. The room was clean but the overall stay was not good. Improvement is needed."
