"Overall, the property was well kept, clean and great location. Linen was relatively clean, and decent parking available. AC unit was either 100% or off, so was loud at night. Breakfast was good, but very crowded and unable to access the area properly. TV in room wasn't working. The door latch was not fixed to the frame."

"We found the hotel to be clean and our room as well. The bed was comfortable, and the ac was on before we entered, which was appreciated. I would have liked to have parked on-site, but there were no spots available. I feel the $20 charge for the off-site parking was too much for the distance. I don’t mind the walk to it, but it was raining the day we left, so that 5 minutes left us very wet. If you can’t offer parking at the hotel, I think the other options should cheaper. Especially since they own the lot."

"L'hôtel est bien situé dans le quartier où tout est à proximité, marché à pieds pour faire des activités dans la ville. Le petit dejeuner était bien simple. Bien que l'hôtel fait la publicité de Water Park, il n'est pas dans le site de l'hôtel, mais dans le bâtiment voisin, 5 minutes de marche environs et à un coût supplémentaire de 50$ par personne, non merci."

"The rooms were great. W got the 2 room suite where one of the rooms had a tub w jets. It’s great for large families. The pool was great but the gym was a bit small. Over all it was great"

"We asked for a late check out and their cleaning staff banged on the door over 3 times. It was annoying that they didn't communicate to their team that we were checking out later. Also on arrival the front desk clerk was refusing to take a deposit on debit card until I made it clear it was the only card I had with me. Just unnecessary hassle for no reason. Super exhausting to deal with."

"Clean, comfortable room that was very cool on a hot day. The staff starting with Leslie welcoming us and everyone we encountered was wonderful. We have stayed there on prior stays but this stay was even better. Thank you staff!"
