"Booked two rooms. AC controls in both rooms barely worked. No phone to contact front desk in one of the two. No hot water available for the stay. Staff unhelpful about the water issue, just offered a weak excuse on check out. Attempting to figure out how to get a refund for the stay from hotels.com, so far stuck with a useless chatbot. Not happy with either the hotel or this website at the moment."
