"They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time."
"Carpeting was dirty. No chain or other extra security measure to prevent immediate access to room from outside. Door didn’t seal properly either; daylight around top and doorknob side. No smoke detector, only a hole in the ceiling. Air conditioner was broken, but did provide cool air. Asking for extra pillows & a towel was greeted with great irritation by the manager before being provided. Toilet seat was loose, tried tightening but it didn’t stay tight. After contacting Expedia about these conditions, and they contacted the manager, he came to our room very irritated and told us we had that one chance for a refund and to leave. Very strongly would not recommend staying there."
"This was the most horrendous hotel that I can remember. Upon entering the room, the floor was covered in dead roaches. Went into the restroom and discovered a booger that was wiped on the wall. After leaving the restroom I noticed that not all of the roaches were dead. Not wanting to discover or possibly take home anymore surprises, I grabbed my stuff and left. Since I got in late, I couldn't find another hotel with vacancies. I ended up sleeping in my car and I'm happy I did. This was one of those hotels where you know you're screwed the second you pull into the parking lot."
"I did the toilt flush test and it overflowed. I had to turn the fixture valve off before flooding the floor. After notifying the front desk i requested a refund and went elsewhere. The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint."
