room was decent. beds were big- queen size. door to bathroom wont close. gave very limited towels. room has a weird smell. internet was strong, AC functioning really well. expedia price was very cheap at $25/night, but they make it up with higher taxes and fees, and when you check in, charge you with service fee and parking fee, so you end up paying almost $100/night. deceptive marketing. the pool wasnt even available for use. you get what you pay for, but still grateful for the stay. the staff were all nice and very helpful.

5th view of pine trees made it better. Racks for towels were rusty. Bed was good. Ice machine on my floor was not working; had to go 5 floors down to lobby to get ice. Inconvenient! Front desk staff was knowledgeable about the bus to the beach! Waffle House next door. Soso at best!

This hotel is the worst out of all, they are lied to to you posted the nicest pictures online took the arts side and the pool to show you they are very nice all is a lied. Stay away from this place they have no fridge inside everything are so old almost broken, mold, stain, messy unclean unsafe. Just whrn you think you got a decent price online & hit you with a $26 daily fee for what?? No reason. Check out time 11am and late check out is 11:30am $25 extra charge if you pass that time. Will never even refer my worst enemy that hotel. This hotel should've shut down. And first of all this must be listed as a motel not a hotel.

Run down, little to no lighting, no frig/microwave

The room was clean but dated and limited outlets. Front desk staff was helpful and understanding and helped get me an appropriate room. No lighting on the 5th floor corridor. Lots of people hanging around the hotel, heavy weed smell. Ice machines don’t function. No frig or microwave in rooms that aren’t suites. Mattresses are thin, hard and can feel the springs. The pool area is nice though!

Room was clean, just older and outdated. The bed was fairly comfortable. The train tracks outside our room was busy and very loud all night long. Check-in staff was very nice and answered all our questions. I don’t agree with the $100 charge for potential damages taking approximately 5 days to be refunded to our charge card.

My room had roaches and bugs and the sheets were dirty along with the room. The room was old, rusty and dirty. The hallways smelled like urine since people urinate on the floors. There's crackheads that reside at this motel. The staff is awesome!! The motel needs a serious renovation for what they're charging. The area is convenient for all types of stores, food places, gas stations and markets nearby.

First off let start from the beginning at the front desk was very rude and sassy without noticing that I have a problem for hearing and following directions she got very aggressive when I asked her to repeat the instructions back to me because I didn’t understand some of the info online and also where the room was she saw me I was lost and couldn’t get me or follow me to try or even guide me to the room. That’s not cool also the room was very quiet but the ac was very poor it couldn’t get any hotter in my room I was rolling in bed all night. The bathroom need ALOT MAINTENANCE and sheets were dirty so nope I would like request my money back

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The first 2 were in 2016 and 17. At that time this hotel was great. Not the greatest, but very good. Now in 2025 I was surprised about the state of this hotel. I doubt anything was done on maintenance in the last 7 years. Looking at previous reviews what I did not do before rebooking, I have the feeling the section 8 comments are correct. When paying 200 USD per night you might expect a little more then coke dealers at the pool area, algea infested pool, marijuana scents through the entire hotel. People smoking weed at the hotel room doors. Overall the hotel is completely run down. The room was spacious, that was the only good thing. In the entire room/suite 2 electrical sockets worked. A/C was extremely noisy and in bad shape. Everything was rusty, moldy and stained. No working lights in the bed area, and again, no working electrical sockets. I can barely believe the owner has let this nice hotel get run down this bad.
