We had a great stay at this hotel! It was nice, cozy, and very clean, exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, which made our trip super convenient and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Staff was very thoughtful and kind. The room is spacious, clean. It has all kitchen amenities to make delicious food. And it has broom and mop to keep the apartment clean. The pool was good for adults and kids, warm and not too deep. The hotel is not crowdy. Good location, quiet. Playground, restaurants, market are nearby. We liked everything except insects bites all over on our bodies. People told me that it can be chiggers. I hope they will not move with us to NY. We had a problem with water after arriving but staff did everything on their side to make the situation better. And I’m very thankful! The weather was perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. I loved the smell of the water, was impressed with clear ocean and clean beach. Definitely we will come back with my whole family. Thanks for this pleasant time in Fort Lauderdale.

The pictures shown are nothing like the rooms. For starters, the place was filthy and you’re charged a cleaning fee even though I had to go buy cleaning products to clean. There is not a shower like the picture, it’s actually a moldy tub. I wish I could post pictures of the moldy tub and moldy air vent.We were moved to a slightly better room when it became available on day 4. They asked us to request a partial refund in writing stating that we won’t give a bad review. I assume that’s why you don’t see bad reviews on here. The location is great though

Very clean apartment. If you ere staying long term it did not have supplies that were needed. No dishwashing supplies, dish towels, bath towels etc.. There was no extra linens if they were needed, or a hair dryer in the bathroom. It’s a beautiful quiet area and overall a nice place to stay

OMG literally OMG. Everything about property down to the guest was wonderful. It’s a family friendly vibe here. You would think because it’s family friendly it’ll be loud. NOT EVEN CLOSE. The stay was wonderful, the decor was beautiful, and to top it off the manger is genuinely a nice man. The ONLY PROBLEM IS MY VACATION BEING DONE and now I have to go back to my reality 😭. I love it guarantee you will too.

The first unit we were given was very moldy, not cleaned the best and overall a bit disgusting. I reached out to the management and they switched my unit almost immediately. Was very happy with the communication. The second unit was a bit cleaner but they should consider hiring a better company to clean their units. The laundry machines were barely functioning. Took almost 4 hours to wash and dry clothes. Only one washer and one dryer was working out of the 6 machines in the laundry room. The bed was completely broken. And both units we got liked nothing like the pictures online. Very out dated. The pictures online look very promising and inviting. The poolside furniture is moldy and old. The little complex has so much potential if they just took better care of it. I most likely would not stay there again.

TRAVELERS BEWARE! We were there for two nights during New Year's weekend, and we can't recommend this place to visitors to Fort Lauderdale. The good: - Great neighborhood location - Freshly (albeit cheaply) renovated apartment inside - Plenty of space with kitchenette The bad: - Tedious reservation-making process, with 3 separate payment methods requested - Loud noise (foot-stomping) from upstairs guests at all hours - Trash and clothes piled near pool - Trashy pool area with fencing surrounding the pool. It looks nothing like the photos in their ads - No on-premises staff to deal with issues - Charge for parking - TV remote did not work - Coffee maker did not work - Cheap furniture, especially bed While there, we met the owner of Coral Reef, a similar property located next door, which is MUCH nicer with an inviting pool area, free parking, continental breakfast, maid service at nearly half the price. We strongly suggest that you look at that option compared to this place.
