This was a perfect weeekend getaway for my daughters and I. We were able to walk to a mall and grocery store. Beach was in walking distance as well.

The whole area surrounding the Leeward apartments was beautiful. We did tons of walks. around the neighbourhoods and enjoyed the shopping nearby. The outdoor space was super cute for working during the day and having a nice beverage at night.

The management, the communication and the location were perfect. The only thing was the bathroom was old and the bath was leaking. Also there wasnt alot of things ti cook qith in the kitchen

Everything was perfect. The only and i mean only issue was with water not being hot enough(which the fixed asap when we contacted them. The area is quiet, and outside area was a cool and pleasant area to relax. I will definitely stay here again.

Old and needs work but clean

The property was old and run down, and in need of work and repairs, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed, although it did have a smell of cigarette smoke. The property did work ok for us, but it was not worth price for the stay.

The location is in a calm and quiet neibourghood. The appartment was clean. You need rules to get hot water which is not very hot. Lowkl gave us a very service. Answered our sms and calls. I would return.

We used the property as a base to explore South Florida. On arrival, took a bit of effort to get the code to the door and check in details, but after phone conversation happened, all went well. Property is functional, everything works or if not it seems to get fixed quickly. You are getting what you paid for, but this exactly what we wanted. To address previous reviews, the app for the washing machine is fine, no issues with UK details. Area is safe and quiet. Grounds well maintained. Very clean on arrival, some areas could do with some maintenance and a refresh, and yes, the bed can be squeaky but everything operated. Wi-Fi was super fast.

The property was adequate. Very dated. It was clean-ish (not great). No hot water on second day in shower, but it did work better for the rest of our stay. You had to giggle the handle in toilet or water kept running. Old, scratched pots & pans. No dish drain or scissors or even a pen and paper. Never met any of the property managers. All contact was thru text messages (not a fan of that). They didn't provide any info on things to do locally. The only thing we really liked was the area, there were lovely homes. Nice park nearby. Honestly I would probably not stay there again.

Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood

Nice apartment located in a fairly quiet residential area. Pretty decor, comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Bathroom could use update in shower…faucet hard to control hot water flow. Nice courtyard. Laundry facility requires app and minimum $10 on credit card for app. Smoking permitted in courtyard, so be advised that you will probably have guests smoking when you use the courtyard. Cons: no dish towels or washcloths in the kitchen so if you plan to cook or wash dishes you need to bring your own towels. We were there for one night so used paper towels. Very limited on bath towels too. We had to share bath towels.

So I read a lot of reviews before booking My unit and I must say I really don't get the complaints. I got the one bedroom apartment for my spouse and I for 1 week. It was very cozy and perfect for a couple. Publix is like 0.5 miles away and it's an amazing grocery store. Some reviews mentioned the water doesn't get hot. It does. At least our unit we had no problems. Some mentioned the door code not working. It's a little weird if you've never used a code lock but after a few trys we got it. We did not see a single bug anywhere in the unit and we looked. Other then the geckos running around outside in the complexes court yard, you won't find any pest here. Overall, this was a great unit for us going to the beach everyday.

This is a very serviceable property, but not luxurious. Everything was clean; the beds were comfortable; the water was hot; the kitchen seemed well-stocked (we only used the fridge and coffee maker, but there were cooking utensils etc.). The furniture was plastic or vinyl and the living room area therefore was not very comfortable - but we didn't come to lounge around in the apartment. There were things like old towel brackets that were painted over in the bathroom, stains on the back of the bathroom door and wall - just seemed like it had recently been covered with a fresh coat of paint in an expedient way. The first day we were there, there was an unhappy seeming person who was evidently moving out of the small complex based on the mountain of stuff she had piled up in front of the gate when we left in the morning, but it was all gone by the time we got back in the evening. The neighborhood is nice and the building was quiet and the location is quite good. So again, the price was right and the apartment served our purpose very well.

A few hiccups but overall got the job done

The apartment was in a pretty location with a nice court yard. The kitchen was stocked with pans and utensils and what we needed. The only issues was timely communication for entry passcode that we didn't receive until after messaging the property midday of the day we were to check in and there was no wifi password we could find posted in the property. We arrived at 10pm and couldn't get connected to wifi. We messaged and got a response the next morning but we were checking out by then. Also, the shower knob was broken so you couldn't adjust the temperature. We all took cold showers. If they fix the shower knob, post the wifi password on the wall and send you the passcode for entry then you won't have any issues. The place was clean and the couch folded out for the kids. We just stayed overnight one night before a cruise. Uber had no issue locating the property and we ordered an instacart order from Publix with no issue.

We booked this apartment for 4 adults. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Definitely needs a car to go anywhere. Apartment is clean. Kitchen is stocked with the basics. Wish there were more places to put our luggage and hooks in bathroom etc. Designated parking for each unit is great. The front yard is also beautiful. The first night, we found out the pull out couch is broken so my sons ended up having to sleep on the floor. Texted the manager and was told nothing they can do as the maintenance team is off work and won't be available until next day. We didn't even have enough pillow or blankets for them. The maintenance team was there the next day and "fix" the couch. If my son didn't stay behind to test the couch, we wouldn't know it was still broken. Once I demand money compensation for the inconvenience, they brought in a platform bed for them to sleep on. After that incident, it was fine. Communication was timely. Overall, a decent experience.

Unit was clean. It’s in a good location close to shopping and beach. There were some issues however, we were not ever able to take a hot shower. At best We got warm water or lukewarm never hot. This meant also to wash the dishes We had to boil water as there is no dishwasher and the water in the kitchen sink didn’t get hot enough. the kitchen was not very well equipped, we wanted ice for drinks. However the refrigerator did not have an automatic icemaker nor were there any ice cube trays in which to make ice. There was no wine opener. We wanted to make chicken in oven but no oven pans only pots for stove We had to wash dishes since there was no dishwasher and there were no dish towels. The lighting in the living room area was extremely dim, not even enough light really to read a newspaper by.
