The staff were very personable and helpful. We really liked how close it was to places we wanted to go to. It was a little scary the first time getting onto the property directly from the interstate. The only negative thing is that we had to go to the office almost every time we needed to get in our room because the key cards wouldn't work. We will definitely stay here again.

No coffee maker in room had to walk all the way to lobby. Had to ask for microwave which was listed in amenities by expedia. Heater : not as toasty as I like. Breakfast was great, sliced bread bagelswaffles eggs bacon ham coffee juice wide variety of pastries, apples and bananas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent.

We booked last minute after an unexpected chance to catch a Yankees game came up, and this hotel turned out to be the absolute best option outside of the Bronx. The property was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it super easy to relax. The price was great, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a hassle-free trip!

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and nice. I had some trouble getting the keys to open the door, possibly because the door batteries were low. The room had a stale smell, especially near the closet, and the chair could use a cleaning. The door leading outside slammed very loudly whenever people went through it, repeatedly waking me up. I didn’t get much sleep because of the noise.
