"Very satisfied with my stay. The room was really nice, clean, good layout, comfortable recliner. The TV had a good choice of channels to watch. Staff was courteous and helpful. The only downside was that their only elevator had broken down and had not been repaired."

"I booked a room overnight from January 3rd 2026 to January 4th 2026 at Comfort suites South Park Colonial Heights, Va. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Shower had great pressure and the hot water was perfect! The staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Those Breakfast potatoes were seaoned to perfection! I would definitely rebook at Comfort Suites South Park on my next trip to Richmond, Virginia. "
