There was rust on the bathtub, handle for tub comes off, no cold water, that could be a plus. Wall paper coming off, holes in wall. Bed was caved in middle. Then to top it off, HAD FIRE ALARM GO OFF IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT, NOT THE ONE IN ROOM. FINALLY FIND EXIT AND THEY HAD A PAD LOCK ON GATE TO GET ...
