"No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing."

When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. "Absolutely terrible experience, reached there late night, they did not honor my paid room and said someone forgot to clean the room so they have no room for me!!! At 11 pm I was stranded with no room. Staff completely unhelpful. And to top this scam… people walked in after me and got a room I guess at a higher price they were charging them compared to what I paid through Expedia. Total scamsters, unprofessional, Expedia should remove this hotel from their offerings."
