Horrible hotel.

It was absolutely horrible. When we drive up, it looked like it was abandoned. When I started the transaction I asked for a smoking room and he told me he had the best room in the place for me. The I asked for an upstairs room and he would not get me saying the room he was give me a very nice room. So when we walked in we found that the room had a bad smell to it and the carpet felt like it was very oily. I did not feel comfortable there. There was a spider on the baseboard I had to kill. The bathroom had hair all over it, the shower looked like it was reconstructed. Because we didnt have time to look for another room we went ahead and stayed that night. We we woke we found a giant spider on the corner of the bathroom entrance. We check out that morning and asked for a refund for the extra night and they did not want to give me the refund. Eventually they gave me a receipt of a refund. But I will not be returning to the knights in it was a horrible experience.

It was falling apart and he didnt even know i qas suppsoe to be there it was aftwr midnight i was tired an he said he didnt even have a one bed open an then said thank god he had a two bed an it was dirty

Simple, standard room. Clean, but the bedding does need to be replaced (cigarette burns in comforter, though it was a smoking room, so not a huge deal). Staff was very nice and helpful though. Would definitely use again. Good bargain for the price and what we needed.

Friendly staff, just hold the bugs please

Management and staff were nice and knowledgeable about the area giving great recommendations for store locations and travel. The outside and inside of the motel is very dated. Pool not in working order which was unexpected for the hot summer months. The most disheartening thing about my stay was my bed had bedbugs. I couldn't get comfortable. I would've asked for a different room, but I was only staying for a few hours as I was waiting for my greyhound bus to arrive (@3:30am) I just needed a shower and place to wait until departure time as the GH station is actually a gas station. :-( This would've been a nicer stay if the property were better kept.

Everything was great for the price except the wifi. The signal was so weak, it didn't work at all. On top of that, the cell phone reception was so bad, I couldn't get a signal on my phone. I was totally cut off from the world while I was there.

Single man on a budget room

I got there at almost midnight and had no problem checking in The key to my room and had to get it remade. There were grills outside 2 doors indicating long term renters. In a poor section of Fort Smith. I could not recommended this place for family use. The good thing it is the cheapest motel room in town.

Maybe if you have no other options.

My husband and I stayed here one night on a long road trip. We were very disappointed and were preparing in case someone broke into our room. First of all, it was extremely dirty. Long black hairs everywhere, dirt caked on the floors, furniture was stained, some trash on the floors. We did not even sleep on the linens provided. Someone from the front desk called in the middle of the night asking if we wanted a “haircut...?” People were staring at us from the windows as we unloaded our luggage. The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together and it was not comfortable at all. We were at least hoping for breakfast in the morning as advertised, but there was only a sad container of Cheerios. I’d say this place is one step up from camping, but I’d rather camp and not be concerned for my safety.

Location frightening, old dilapidated, rooms very outdated the curtains literally were rotten!!!! Stains in the carpet and the bathroom was so bad I didn't even want to shower, use the coffee pot or the frig. It was horrible. The free breakfast was cereal & milk

Price was best thing about this hotel

Clean enough, linens OK, but needs complete overhaul. Unusable wi-fi,"breakfast" was choice of 2 cereal boxes. Only 2 towels in room and were told we could only have one more for the 2 adults and 2 kids in double room.
