Staff was awesome! Was disappointed when found out the room did not have a refrigerator. Used ice to keep our food/drinks cold but we had to use ice and both coolers were insulated bags and leaked all the time. Hard to get the ice in them from the type of ice machine on the property.

The building is under new management and seems like they’re still transitioning to improve. The customer service was impeccable which made the stay great as adjustments are being made. Great view, peaceful and close to the beach!

The view was spectacular, and the beds have new mattresses. The hotel is old; they haven't remodeled it, but it's clean. The only complaint was that the area around the bathtub was very dirty and covered in mold. A good stay. I was traveling with my husband and two children.

The view was beautiful has a boat slip if you bring one. Boat ride very close to crab island and other places. Staff were very attentive and took care of any issues we had. They are working on updating the property. Great price for a good location to everything you need.

The property had no elevators so that was hard on me with the stairs. However, my husband talked to Mrs. Sue and she put us in a king room on first floor side with an excellent view of the marina. Good Experience.

Needs update

The property is very convenient to several restaurants and activities. It is an older property that could use some TLC in certain area. Very nice pool and courtyard. Very few amenities in the room, need more chairs for the balcony. With a few touches this could be a top notch resort again.

Started out rocky with check in with issues beyond their control. Manager/owner was quick to help resolve the issue. Outside of that the stay and staff are amazing. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. So much to do at the resort. Already planning the next trip back this year.

Love it!

A great place to stay right on the water, in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. Close to shops, dining, the Gulf, Pier and Boardwalk. Service was excellent and I can’t wait to stay again.

It's close to the beach. It's an older property under new management. Staff working when we checked in, so nice!! We were a late check in, but she waited and didn't show any kind of irritation with us. The place itself is, ok, older...... but the pool and hot tub were clean and the place is well kept. There was NO foul odors at all!!!!! The beds are, comfy isn't something I'd say, but the bedding is CLEAN!! NO "items" that would lead us to believe any type of "critters" in or around!! Seriously, the property is very well kept!!!!! We had no concerns with staying there a couple nights and would go back and stay there again and again!!!! Thank you Marina Bay for a safe and clean stay!!
